Vision Shaping Treatment

Want Clear Vision Without Glasses, Daily Wear Contact Lenses or Surgery?

Vision Shaping Treatment is how.

What is it?

Vision shaping treatment or Orthokeratology is a vision correction treatment for patients with moderate myopia (nearsightedness) and low amounts of astigmatism.

How does it work?

A retainer, worn at night, gently manipulates the shape of your eye by modifying the fluid forces of the tear layer. You wake up in the morning with 20/20 clear vision with out the need for glasses or contact lenses!

Am I a candidate?

This procedure is suitable for a broad base of the population that requires vision correction. If you have light to moderate myopia, or a small amount of astigmatism you may be a good candidate.

Does it hurt?

NO, the procedure is not painful.

Is it reversible?

Yes, the procedure is reversible if you stop wearing the lenses.  Therefore this procedure virtually takes away the risks of surgical complications.

Will it stabilize my progressing near-sightedness (Myopic prescription)?

Yes, Several studies have shown this procedure to arrest and stabilize a patient's worsening myopia.
