Photochromic lenses, also known as Transistions lenses, change from clear to tinted depending on the current light conditions. They are a convenient option for people who do not want to constantly swap between eye glasses and prescription sunglasses as they go about their day.

There are two lens options available:

Original Transitions lenses start clear indoors and adjust to dark outdoors. Because these lenses are activated by UV light, they do not tint while behind the windshield of your car.

Transitions XTRActive lenses start out with a light tint indoors and adjust to an even darker tint than the original Transitions lenses when outdoors. They have a moderate tint behind the windshield.
